Echo youth, it’s time to plan your sleepover, and you’re going to want a friend along for this one. Friday night is going to be loud, silly and a lot of fun. We’ll play games, race around in flashlight tag, watch a movie and eat pizza, with plenty of time to laugh with the people you already know and meet a few new ones.

Bring your friends

The best part of a lock-in is who you share it with. Think of the friend from school, the teammate, the cousin or the kid who always sits alone at lunch. Ask them to come with you. Everyone is welcome, and a new face makes the night even better.

What we’ll be doing

We’ll start with games to warm up, then turn off the lights for a round of flashlight tag. Later, we’ll settle in for a movie and pizza. Expect plenty of laughing, a little friendly competition and nobody left out.

What to bring

• A sleeping bag and pillow
• Pajamas
• A change of clothes for Saturday
• A Bible
• A flashlight for flashlight tag
• Toiletries, such as a toothbrush and toothpaste
• A friend (or two!)

Saturday morning

Before the night wraps up, we’ll gather in the sanctuary for praise and worship. Come as you are, sing with your friends and finish the lock-in together.
